Website gifts4all.gr is an on-line retailer and serves clients all over Greece. Our physical headquarters (16, R. Koundourou Str., Agios Nikolaos – Crete - Greece) serves as order processing point.

Sending products abroad is also possible, after prior special arrangement via e-mail and / or telephone.

Once you place your order, we shall send you an e-mail, confirming that we have received the order.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated for certain products, which have a longer preparation/dispatch period (e.g. customized products with a monogram, objects ordered to specific measures and / or color, items of exceptionally high value or / and volume or / and weight etc).

If we cannot process your order in time, due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.), we shall contact you, to let us know if you still want us to complete the order.

Dispatch – Delivery of Orders within Greece

Shipping of selected items may be fulfilled in one of the following alternative ways:

1. “Speedex” Express Mail Service

Orders, over 60€ worth each, are shipped for free to all destinations included in Speedex basic network in mainland Greece and Crete. Orders, below 60 € worth, incur a cost of 4€ per shipment.

There will be a surcharge of 6€ or 9€ for home delivery, for destinations, which Speedex considers as remote or difficult to access respectively. If you choose to pick the order up yourself from the closest Speedex Service Point, no surcharge will be incurred. This can be arranged via email or / and phone.

Speedex also offers the option of Cash on Delivery with a further transaction fee of 3,50€.

Delivery of orders is estimated to occur within 48 hours of shipment to destinations within Speedex basic network, while it may take additional 24-72 hours for delivery to remote or difficult to access destinations.

You can keep track of your order, using “Track & Trace” service, as it is provided on www.speedex.gr website. You will only have to type in the Shipment Code, which we shall send you via an e-mail and / or SMS, immediately after sending the parcel.

2. Greek Post Office Standard Parcel Service

Orders, over 60€ worth each, are shipped for free to all destinations throughout Greece. Orders, below 60 € worth, incur a cost of 4€ per shipment.

Delivery time of orders depends on Post Office Service and is estimated at 1-7 business days, depending on the destination. For most destinations no home delivery is possible. You will usually be asked to pick the parcel up yourself from the Post Office in your area , following a relevant written notification.

Greek Post Office also offers the option of Cash on Delivery with a further transaction fee of 3,00€.

3. Forwarding (Transport) Company

Particularly big or heavy items will be marked as such in their product description. Their shipment will be made through Transport Companies (Forwarders) serving your area, after prior contact and agreement with you via e-mail or phone. Freight and possible surcharges will be calculated on occasion.

Shipments abroad

On-line calculation of shipment’s cost for destinations abroad is not currently supported. If you are interested in a shipment abroad, you are welcome to contact us by e-mail or telephone, so that we can check and let you know of alternative shipping and payment methods. Free shipping for orders over 60 € worth and Cash on Delivery are not applicable for shipments abroad.

Please, note that if the desired destination is outside the European Union, the recipient may have to pay duties / fees, depending on the items shipped and the laws of each country. Our company and gifts4all.gr cannot calculate these duties / fees and is not, in any way, responsible if they are finally charged.
