General Terms

Primary concern of our company is to set out the terms that govern rights and obligations of gifts4all.gr to all of you, who will visit our website. We also intent to inform you about your rights and obligations, so that you find it convenient and secure to search and buy products from our e-shop.

Privacy Policy

A prerequisite for starting a transaction is that you let us know some of your personal data.

After you place an order or register as member, you will be asked for the following information: full name, e-mail, phone or/and mobile phone, billing address, shipping address (if different from billing address). If you want an invoice to be issued, then you will be asked for your VAT number and relevant information (Tax Authority, Type of business e.tc).

If you choose to pay using a credit or debit card, you will be “transferred” to Alpha Bank secure environment, where you will be asked for relevant information (card number, CVV, expiry date e.t.c.). None of these pieces of information will be stored in any way in our website or server.

Strictly following principles concerning personal data protection, as set by laws and international conventions, gifts4all.gr e-Shop is not going to use your personal data without your prior consent. Our company will in no way disclose, publish, sell, or exchange personal data and information, which you have entrusted to us. A deviation of this policy is justified, only if personal data are asked by a public authority, court e.tc, in compliance with laws & statutory procedures.

Our company reserves the right to inform our suppliers with sales statistics. However in no case, these statistics will include any personal information, which may lead to identification of individuals.

You are free to change any of the provided personal data or even limit or revoke the use of some of these data (e.g. the number of one of your phones), by just filling out the relevant field in you Profile Details form.

Prices
Prices listed on our web pages next to each product, include VAT (Value Added Tax of 23%, 13% or 6.5%, depending on the listing of each product, according to the Greek Law). These prices are valid for quantities of goods, which are already available in our warehouse – natural shop. Our company reserves the right to adjust prices within gifts4all.gr website without prior notice, depending on market conditions.

In case you ask for an invoice and your business is seated in one of the areas of Greece, where reduced VAT rates apply, then prices of goods will be lower, taking into account the difference in VAT rates.

Availability of Products

All products listed in the pages of gifts4all.gr will bear clear evidence of their availability in our warehouse. In this way, you can easily find out before you place an order which of our products are out of stock, which are in stock and ready to ship within 24-48 hours, which are expected to be available at specified day or time period (e.g. one week), or which are available only after special or customized order.

You are welcome to send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouse; we shall then contact you via e-mail and/or telephone, so that we let you know of estimated delivery time. If you consider that this time is not satisfactory, you can then revoke your order.

In any case, it has to be clear that final delivery time of your order depends on the availability of products in our warehouse.

If products included in your order have different delivery dates, you can choose whether you wish to receive all the products in one single dispatch or in partial deliveries, as soon as products are available. In second case, free delivery for orders above 60€ will or will not apply for the partial deliveries, depending on the value of the products included in each one of them.

Force Majeure

If it happens to be impossible to send or deliver your order within the originally specified time, due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, problems of our suppliers etc), we shall notify you via e-mail or/and phone, so that you let us know whether you still want your order to be completed or changed or revoked.

 
Responsibility of gifts4all.gr e-shop – Guarantees

Our company is not responsible for defects or poor quality of products available to customers, since we receive all products from our suppliers in appropriate packaging. Further on, many of the products are covered by guarantee, provided by the manufacturer or/and supplier, as clearly stated in our description of the product (e.g. Zippo Lighters lifetime guarantee, Casio Watches 2 years guarantee e.tc.).

In case, however, that a product proves to be defective and no supplier or manufacturer guarantee exists, then you have the right to return it, according to our Returns & Replacements Policy.

gifts4all.gr is not responsible for organized hackers attacks, aiming to steal users' personal information. Yet, credit card users are secure, since card numbers and CVV codes are not stored in any way in our system – website.

Advertising Messages & Newsletters

Users of gifts4all.gr can choose to receive information about new products, offers, new payment methods etc, by accepting promotional - informational messages (Newsletters) and coupons in hard or electronic form, via post or e-mail or mobile phone.

Our company will never use above described service in an abusive way. Our users have always the option to stop receiving promotional messages, by just letting us know so.

Cookies
As most websites on the Internet do, gifts4all.gr uses cookies to access certain information, each time you navigate with a web browser in our e-shop. Without the use of cookies, we will not be able to provide important services, such as: order status, personal settings & details, items saving in your cart etc.

Cookies are alphanumeric files, transferred to the hard disk of your computer, through the Internet, so that services, such as those mentioned above, can be provided. In the settings of your web browser you can choose to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies or you can set a mandatory question to be asked each time a new cookie is trying to be installed on your hard disk.

However, you should be aware that if you choose to refuse cookies from being stored on your hard disk, you will not be able to use some of our services.

Intellectual Property

Entire content of website www.gifts4all.gr (including text, graphics, images, photographs and software) are intellectual property of the company "Maria & Triantafillia K. Markaki O.E." and are protected by the Greek and International Law. Copying, reproduction or retransmission of content is prohibited without prior written permission of our company. Content appearance on the website www.gifts4all.gr should in no way be considered as a transfer or license of the right to use the content.

Terms & Conditions Modification

Our company reserves the right to amend or update the terms and conditions of transactions, applicable for gifts4all.gr e-shop.

 
Applicable Law

All transactions made through gifts4all.gr are governed by:

• Greek Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994, with its current amendments & updates), which regulates issues related to remote sales.

• International and European Law that regulates issues relating to electronic commerce, as well as to personal data process & protection.
