Deadline - Conditions

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your money, without giving any reason at all. Alternatively, within the same deadline, you can ask for a replacement of the item.

In case you have received an item after using a GiftCard, no money refund is possible. Yet, we can either replace the item with one or more equally priced items of your choice or sent you a new e-coupon for use within the validity period of the original GiftCard. Refund can be provided only to the original purchaser of the GiftCard.

We can accept an item back, only if:

1. It is in its original packing

2. Both product & packing have not been misused / or mistreated

3. It is accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or copy of invoice) or the Gift Card in case the recipient does not coincide with the buyer.

If a returned product is found unfit to return to our warehouse, then it is sent back to you, at your expense, without a cash refund or an e-coupon.

Costs

Return or Replacement Costs are covered by our company only if:

• items shipped are different from what had been originally ordered (in code, design or color)

• an item has proven defects on receipt and it is not covered by a guarantee from its manufacturer or our supplier

Otherwise, Return or Replacement Costs must be covered by the customer.

Return or Replacement Procedure

Please, fill out the relevant Form below to initiate the process of returning the items. Alternatively, you can send us e-mail at info@gifts4all.gr or call us at (+30) -28410-22302.

Once we receive your request, we shall process it and inform you accordingly. If your return or replacement request is accepted, then, Speedex courier will receive the items from the specified address within 2 working days. For remote or difficult accessible areas, you should deliver the products at the nearest office of Speedex basic network, after prior approval, as described above (alternatively, after relevant authorization, items may be shipped back via Standard Mail).

Please note, that if you do not inform us in one of above described ways, the product return may not be accepted.

If, after we have inspected the returned products, all above described conditions are met, then within a week, we shall reimburse the money or send the replacement items to you.
